Many times preliminary budgeting is very helpful to clients. We use a variety of methods to establish a preliminary budget for a project then communicate pricing to the Owner. This allows the Owner to determine feasibility before a project begins.
We also do preliminary budgeting for government agencies, municipalities, schools, etc. Even if the client is required to “Bid out” the construction services on a project, the agency may still need a preliminary budget to anticipate what funds will need to be raised.

The end of a job can be especially time consuming, and many companies rush through the closeout process. We know a job isn’t complete until the Owner is satisfied and all the proper documentation is turned in. This includes any punch list items, final inspections, training on equipment, and certificate of occupancy.
Other closeout items include:

- Warranty and Owner’s Manuals
- Final Inspections and Certifications
